I got my account banned on Roblox for NO REASON and I couldn't appeal since ROBLOX MODS ARE NOT GOOD. I know this has happened not just to me but to MANY OTHER PEOPLE. I have been playing for almost 8 years, all of that went down the drain due to a false claim that I used "alternative accounts" even though I never did. This is horrible for Roblox's image. So many child molesters and actual criminals don't get deleted but a simple misunderstanding gets me banned. This is NOT ok. This makes many people upset and drives people away from playing the game and Roblox certainly doesn't want that. Roblox wants people to be happy but moderation and support is absent. There is a support phone number but it's just pre-recorded voice lines that sends you to an email that is likely bots. I am very disappointed as Roblox was my favorite game but it seems nobody is helping.

If it stays like this, it will drive away ANY attention away from the game. People would just see it as the game that bans everyone for no reason and the game that doesn't care about molesters.

We need to act NOW so less people stop playing the game. Better mods mean more satisfaction.
