Countries like the USA and UK have already implemented regulations requiring 'Pedestrian Warning Sounds' for electric vehicles, proving the effectiveness of such measures. A standardized, audible signal can drastically reduce pedestrian accidents by alerting them of approaching e-scooters, allowing them to react in time and ensuring a safer cohabitation of road spaces for both riders and pedestrians.
