Our beloved kitten recently broke her leg, and we were faced with a staggering bill of nearly £3000 to fix it. We were given only 8 hours to come up with the money - an impossible task for many families. The lack of a payment plan option left us with no choice but to sign over ownership of our kitten to the vets.

This is not an isolated incident. Many pet owners across the country are forced into similar heartbreaking decisions due to exorbitant veterinary costs and lack of flexible payment options. According to PDSA's PAW Report 2020, one in four pet owners have struggled to afford veterinary care in the past two years.
