Customers paid $200 to $500 for an Oura ring; only to have to pay $6 a month subscription fee after 6 months of free membership. That is $72 dollars a year. The ring has a product lifespan of approximately 3 years. So that's an extra $180 we pay. This is not good customer service. Sign this petition to demonstrate that you want Oura to make membership free for customers. Especially as it becomes more popular.

Stick to the values of Crowdfunding, Oura!

-Make the Oura Bluetooth feature (which is crucial to it's use) and its functionalities (and extensive health information) available for all devices and health data apps; not just the pay-walled Oura App.

-A more assistive and honest customer support.
