Atlanta Public schools had one problem and that is lack of recess. Kids go outside everyday when it's sunny doing the same things with the same friends. If added more recess time it gives kids an opportunity to socialize with different people.

If things stay the same students will not socialize with any of the unfamiliar people in their class. Also if not added recess time it wont give enough time for kids to interact with their peers in other classes. If added Students will be able to socialize more and have a refreshed mind for the rest of the day and maybe next morning.

This should be done immediately because according to My Kids Vision the average screen time for an 11 year old boy is nine hours per day. If not done kids will not play outside and will just wait and wait until recess ends to go home in 30 minutes to let their games continue.
