Make Michael Cruickshank a site of Burnie heritage.
The Issue
Places change, and people change.
Life is like a river; always flowing and moving, whittling away at both rock and soil. A river that flowed 69 years ago will never be identical to how it is today.
But do you know what (or whom) is? Born at a time in the 1900s, Michael J. Cruickshank is a fond treasure to the community of Burnie. As a beloved teacher, musician, husband, and father: With much sadness, I reveal to you that Mr. Cruickshank is ageing (albeit with much grace)
Pre-dating, the prehistoric age, and currently married to his wife (hi mum)
I am writing to you, the community of Northwest Tasmania (Lutruwita), to put an end to the neglect of this integral part of both the evolution of human civilisation, and beloved member of our community (and the surrounds)
Sign this petition to show that we value Michael and should replace the Burnie French fries with a very large set of bagpipes
