My children are my world, and their safety and wellbeing are my top priority. Recently, a series of extremely concerning events have occurred under the guardianship of Latoya Foster and Sylvia Thornton in McLennan County, which compels me to act urgently.

Latoya Foster, currently holding guardianship of my children, has demonstrated a shocking lack of responsibility and care. My four-year-old was left unattended in a hot car parked in a garage, a situation that could have had dire consequences. Such negligence is unacceptable, and I am desperate to ensure that my children are protected from further harm.

Moreover, disturbing false allegations have been made against me and my child's father. These damaging claims seem to be influencing my children, who I fear are being coerced into saying things that are not true. The emotional turmoil this is causing for my family is deeply distressing.

Turning to Sylvia Thornton, the situation only grows more troubling. Sylvia has a history that raises serious red flags regarding her suitability as a guardian. She has been charged and convicted of tampering with a witness in a sexual assault of a child case. Furthermore, I had to report to the police that Sylvia Thornton allegedly knew that her daughter was being molested, a horrific situation no child should endure. Her irresponsible behavior and judgment extend to inappropriate conversations with others about her husband, further highlighting her unsuitability as a guardian for my children.

The safety and welfare of my children are in jeopardy, and I urge McLennan County Child Protective Services to take immediate action. The guardianship of my children should be immediately reevaluated, considering both Latoya Foster and Sylvia Thornton's lack of capability and past behavior, which poses a threat to my children’s safety and well-being.
