While my brother was working during the evening of April 1, he began seizing and dropped to the ground. He lost all of his color, seized for about three-four minutes, and completely lost consciousness for a few minutes after. He also hit his head incredibly hard. 

This was him getting lucky. 

My brother does a Kilo of Kratom a week. He knows he's addicted, but he said the withdrawal is too horrible and he's scared to stop. 

I need help saving my brother and others like him who didn't realize they would become addicted when they first started taking kratom. People who think because it's legal and natural automatically means it's safe. 

There's a misconception currently that this plant is completely safe, and it's newer, so there isn't a lot of research to back up either side. However, more research is being done to show that chronic users are suffering from mild to severe, and even deadly side effects. Runny nose, tremors, seizures, intracerebral hemorrhaging, and possibly death are among some of the possible side effects that have been recently discovered.

I move to make this illegal, or move into a schedule 2 narcotics where a prescription is needed. Please help me, while a lot of people still are unfamiliar with this drug and aren't addicted to it. And please help me save my brother.
