Galey Colosimo is part of the long running nepotism that has plagued Juan Diego for years. He has continuously failed to address bullying and harassment, has disregard student safety, dismissed valid concerns from students and parents, refused to hold his employees accountable, punished students for speaking up for themselves, and has not provided a safe school environment for his students. 

Overall, Galey Colosimo's handling of the situation involving Coach Williams, (along with the numerous situation that have happened over the year) demonstrates a lack of leadership and a failure to prioritize the safety and well-being of the students at Juan Diego Catholic High School. His inaction and dismissal of concerns indicates a clear need for new leadership at the school.
