We (as Americans) are dedicated and focused to making Jackie Robinson Day (April 15th) into an official national and federal holiday in the United States. Government employees and many Americans will be granted paid leave from work, and a much needed day of rest. 

Jackie Robinson was a man of dignity, faith, grace, unity, and family. This federal holiday will create opportunities to reflect, relax, spend time with family and loved ones, and much more. 

Jackie Robinson Day will become a national day of baseball history, love, appreciation and remembrance. But most importantly it's about celebrating the legendary life and accomplishments of the GREAT Jackie Robinson and what he stood for as a man amongst men. 

Hall of Famer Jackie Robinson turned dreams into reality. Let's all celebrate what he stood for as a great hero and visionary influencer. Let's band together and make this dream a reality.
