Meet James Tsai, North America's top canine behavioral expert & founder of Arf Arf Bark Bark Rescue Foundation.
James focuses his work primarily with extremely skittish, dangerous and predatorial dogs that have deliberate intent to stalk, trap and kill humans.
In 2018, Marc Ching's AHWF asked James for help with Mingki, one of their rescued dogs from S. Korea who was extremely anxious and reactive. Within 36 hours James had Mingki socialized and able to give and receive touch.
He's is uniquely gifted with a 100% accuracy rate, zero kill/medication rate. He does not need to use treats, medications nor restrictive collars or devices.
