Under ORC Section 2921.11 | Perjury.
(A) No person, in any official proceeding, shall knowingly make a false statement under oath or affirmation, or knowingly swear or affirm the truth of a false statement previously made, when either statement is material.

Section 2921.12: Tampering with Evidence
Tampering with evidence makes it a crime to alter, conceal, or destroy any thing with the purpose to hinder its value in an official proceeding or investigation. This is a 3rd degree felony in Ohio.

Section 2921.31: Obstructing Official Business
Obstruction makes it an Ohio crime to purposely prevent, delay or obstruct a law enforcement officer from performing his duties. This charge is sometimes used together with falsification when a person provides false information to a police officer during a criminal or other investigation

Section 2921.13: Falsification
Falsification makes it a crime in Ohio to knowingly make a false statement under specified circumstances, most commonly to mislead a law enforcement officer. Depending on the circumstances, falsification can be classified from as low as a first-degree misdemeanor to as high as a third-degree felony.

18 US Code § 1621 - Perjury generally

Whoever—

(1) having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the United States authorizes an oath to be administered, that he will testify, declare, depose, or certify truly, or that any written testimony, declaration, deposition, or certificate by him subscribed, is true, willfully, and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true; or

(2) in any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury as permitted under section 1746 of title 28, United States Code, willfully subscribes as true any material matter which he does not believe to be true.

is guilty of perjury and shall, except as otherwise expressly provided by law, be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. This section is applicable whether the statement or subscription is made within or without the United States.

These laws were put in place to protect the people, but more often than not, they are broken by CPS all over, to make matters worse, CPS will even lie to the face of parents and then commit these crimes in court and suffer no repercussions. CPS will literally do or say anything to get custody of a child, in or out of the courtroom, and that corruption needs to stop. 

What is CPS? Child Protective Services have a job. That job is to protect and serve American Children. They are to investigate Child Abuse and Neglect cases of children all over the United States, but more often than not they actually endanger children, subject them to abuse, break U.S. and ORC laws and so much more. To make matters worse, they are supposed to be about Family Preservation and have the ability to recommend services that some people cannot get access to or afford to help preserve families, but their goal is almost never to preserve families, instead, it’s about the money that they can receive by destroying them. One of the biggest things Caseworkers and investigators will do is lie and lie about everything. They lie to the parents, the children, foster parents, other staff members, and even the courts (which lying in court is illegal in the state of Ohio and on the Federal level) This is not an act of Family Preservation, this is an act to destroy families. CPS workers will deliberately lie just to pit family members against each other and cause chaos, emotional distress, drama and so many more problems. For example, a sibling beats up another sibling, CPS will tell the husband/father that the wife is telling CPS that the wife is saying that she believes he did it, and then turn around and tell the wife that the husband is saying she did it, when in reality the truth is neither one of them did it and CPS knows that. Now, CPS has put doubt in both the husband and the wife's minds about whether or not their spouse has actually said this, leading to fights, mistrust, and can even lead to the couple separating. After the couple separate despite neither one of them saying that to CPS and both knowing that one sibling attacked the other, CPS now uses their separation to justify that neither parent is stable nor is their relationship stable as a means to steal custody of the child. For an Agency that is supposed to support and help American Families and Children, they do the opposite every day to gain more funding from the government and to steal innocent parents’ children for even more funding. As a government and state agency that is literally for Protecting Children and Preserving Families, how can anyone trust that when CPS investigators and CPS Caseworkers do nothing but lie to the very people that not only pay them with their tax money, but the people CPS are supposed to help? How does a Caseworker lying to parents, family members, and fosters help preserve families or protect children? It doesn't. For too long Child Protective Services have been abusing their powers to destroy the very families they are supposed to attempt to preserve, built cases on lies and hearsay, and destroy not only children, but their parents’ relationships and their families as well. 

It is time to put this to an end. We, The American People, should be able to trust our caseworkers and our investigators to get to the TRUTH of every allegation. We, The American People, should be able to trust our caseworkers who are supposed to be paid to help us and our families, not lie to us and tear us apart.

We need a law that states that Caseworkers cannot legally lie to their clients about anything, from information about court hearings, to information about our children or investigations against us or other family members. A law that stops CPS from lying to us about our children, lying to foster parents, and just lying in general. There is no family preservation from CPS when they are lying to the families they are supposed to be helping. There is no trust when you cannot trust the caseworker or investigator of CPS to be honest with you

We, The American People, demand a law that states that NO Child Protective Services worker is allowed to lie to us about anything while acting in the role of a child protective services worker, and that if a CPS worker is caught lying to someone as a CPS worker, that they be held to the same criminal prosecution of ORC Section 2921.11 | Perjury or 18 US Code § 1621 - Perjury generally. We, The American People, have a right to have honest, trustworthy CPS investigators and Caseworkers. We, The American People, need justice for the destruction of our families by the lies of CPS workers and we demand a law that protects us from CPS workers being legally allowed to cause such destruction in our lives and family relationships. We, The American People, demand that we have a right to not be lied to by CPS even outside of the court room and are demanding that law makers put a stop to CPS being legally allowed to lie to the American People to whom they are supposed to be serving.
