Make it a hate crime to discriminate against women being topless.

Make it a hate crime to discriminate against women being topless.
The Issue
In our society, it is normalised to discriminate against female-identifying *people* for wanting to have the choice, of that who are male identifying. When men are hot, what do they do? They simply cool down by removing some of their clothing. Why would it be any different for a woman? Simply because her body is not male, Women are silenced by their bodies being covered up. While men get to walk around, shame-free.
Using phrases like "Her outfit is revealing" can make a person feel like a something, rather than a someone. Anyone's body is theirs. They are here for them, and them only. Not for anyone else.
It's not even just about being equal. It's about having that very same choice. Women are sexualised on a daily basis, taking away their very autonomy. Imagine just existing, and people treating you like you are something that is there for others, and not simply because you exist.
At the end of the day, it's just blatant sexism, hidden as "Modesty".
The funny thing is it's actually legal in the uk. But it is still frowned apon?
I swear I can't be the only one that thinks this. If you agree, sign this petition because I wanna see how many people have faced gender discrimination (and/or witnessed it!). Leave your experiences and maybe even change an outdated, biased belief system, Even if it's smaller steps.
