Dear Friends,

Hope you are all doing well

I started this petition around 5 years back in Oct 2019 and the petition was addressed to the then chief minister of Delhi Shri Arvind Kejriwal but inspite of our best efforts all our appeals & requests were neither heard nor any corrective measures taken to solve the man-dog conflict & to make Delhi canine rabies free

Nothing much has changed in Delhi NCR & the rest of India

Dogs are still being feared, killed & relocated and people who take care of them especially women are being harassed & even assaulted

This is not only animal rights violation but also human rights violation

Inspite of strong laws which gives protection to dogs & caregivers the laws are not being implemented pan India. One due to ignorance, two due to lack of political will

Today Delhi has got a new Chief Minister Shrimati Rekha Gupta & we are quite hopeful that she will take right measures to remove man-dog conflict & make Delhi canine rabies free

As this issue is not only restricted to Delhi alone but the whole of India so I have now addressed this petition to our honourable Prime Minister, Chief Justice of India, Minister of Fisheries, Animal husbandry & Dairying, Chief Ministers of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Maharashtra, Chairman, AWBI and Chief of RSS

I would like to thank you all for your unconditional & consistent support for getting Justice for our Indian dogs who has suffered a lot for no fault of his

Let's hope & pray together we can make our voices heard to Indian Govt & Judiciary & encourage them to bring corrective measures in resolving & mitigating man-dog conflict

Warm regards

Dr Anu Pandey
