I hope you will take corrective measures mentioned in the petition to make ABC program more transparent, robust & useful 

Indian dogs have been victim of an apathetic & faulty system for decades which has led to so much hatred & fear for them amongst the masses

I am quite confident that under your able leadership Delhi will soon become canine rabies free, dog bite free & a dog friendly city

I shall be more than happy to assist you & help you in achieving this goal
