Nothing can be more barbaric than what happened in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. A dog was mercilessly killed by a man in broad day light. He kept bashing the head of the dog till he was no more. Kindly go on the following link to see the barbaric video:

By watching the video two things come out very clearly:

The common man in India knows nothing about dog rules. And the murderers have no remorse or guilt for what they have done. 

An FIR was lodged and the culprit was arrested. But there is no point arresting because very soon such culprits are released on meagre bail amount of Rs 50. It's time animals laws in India become stronger and harsher.  

A female caregiver was physically abused, her mother slapped and her father beaten for feeding dogs. This happened in Nadiad in the state of Gujarat. A civilized society is one where the weak are protected. They can freely roam without any fear. Be it women, be it children or be it animals. 

India seems to be heading towards barbarism where neither the women are safe nor animals.
