Delhi seems to be a world leader in dog cruelty. It's residents are getting famous on social media because of their barbaric and monstrous attitude towards the man's best friend. Just look how some shameless beasts roam around at night with sticks in their hands to beat the dogs. These are the same morons who rush to the hospital after the dog bites them. They accuse the caregivers for dogs biting them but these idiots don't know that it is their cruel behaviour which gives open invitation to the dog to bite them and chase them. Kindly go on the following link to watch how they instigate the dogs to bite them. And they do it every night.

In the state of Jharkhand even small children have not been spared for feeding the dogs. Along with the adult caregivers small kids too have been abused and stopped from feeding the stray dogs. The people have threatened to poison the dogs as well. Kindly go on the link below to see the shameless people gathered together to.harass the caregivers and the dogs.

India has recently come out with a new education policy. I hope the policy will make we indians educated because majority of the Indians who claim to be educated are actually uneducated. They are just literate beings who just know how to read and write because if they were educated they would not be abusing and physically assaulting caregivers nor would they be beating and killing the dogs.

The Environmental studies subject which is currently being taught to both the school and college students should introduce the prevention of cruelty to animals act where they should not only tell about dog rules but also about the Indian dog and his behaviour.

Right now our school children are taught how a dog barks and a  lion roars. How a dog stays in a Kennel and a lion in a den.

The college students are taught about the Wildlife act but not about the prevention of cruelty to animals act.

Our children don't coexist with wild animals like lions and tigers. They cohabit with dogs and cats hence our syllabus needs a drastic change. While the wild life act is important but mure important than that is the prevention of cruelty to animals act.

I hope the new education policy makes requisite changes in the environmental studies syllabus.

If only we had studied about dog behaviours and how we can make our country canine rabies free through vaccination of dogs and how we can control their population through the ABC programme then surely all this unwanted ugliness and cruelty could have been easily avoided.
