India has become a country where women and young girls are beaten up for taking care of the voiceless. It's definitely not a safe place for animals and women especially for women caregivers.

This shameful incident has  taken place two days back in Karnal sector 9 in the state of Haryana. Few girls who have been taking care of stray dogs since the lockdown and feeding them for past 150 days got a call where the caller told them that a family has relocated small puppies who are just 10 days old. 

These girls went to talk to the family as they wanted to know where they had relocated the pups. But instead of telling them the place and feeling ashamed of what they had done these shameless men started abusing these girls and hitting them. One girl was slapped on the face, another's arm was twisted and the third girl who was youngest and shortest of all was punched in the stomach. Their mobile phones were also snatched from them and broken. Luckily one could save her phone from being broken.  

It's been raining continuously in many parts of India. And as the pups were too small to survive without the mother in this cruel and torturous weather the girls were just too concern to trace the pups and get them to a more secure and safe place. Tomorrow is 15th August which happens to be the Independence Day of India. 

But are we Indians really free? 

Were these young girls who have been beaten should have been beaten? 

The law says relocation of dogs is an offence then why is this law not being implemented ? 

The law says any kind of violence against women is a crime then how come these mem have no fear of law? 

They are guilty of three crimes:

1 Relocation of small pups which by all probability must be dead by now. Hence they are guilty of relocation and killing of pups.

2 Physically assaulting and abusing women that too young girls whose prime objective was just to know the place where these goons had relocated the pups

3 Trying to destroy the evidence by breaking the mobile phones. They tried to damage the property of the caregivers which is definitely a crime. 

This incident took place two days back but has any action been taken against these human beasts? Have they been arrested?

Most probably the answer is NO.

What kind of Independent India is this? Does Independence means lawlessness? 

It seems many Indians think just that.
