A caregiver Monica (M- 8860442499) has been looking for her lost female pup (pic in the post) for the last one month. On 4th June 2020 at around 8 PM, three rogues kidnapped her pup. The pup was the only surviving child of a mother who had delivered more pups but all died except this lovely girl. But destiny took this girl too from the mother.

Monica who stays near Preet Vihar used to take care of both the mother and the daughter. They used to stay at Rajdhani Enclave near Preet Vihar which was not very far from the place where Monica stays but on 5th Morning when Monica we t to feed them.she didn't find the pup. The mother too was helplessly looking for her daughter everywhere. Monica spent the whole day looking for her but just couldn't find her. She was so desperate to find her that she went to see all.the CCTV footage which were installed in that area. She was fortunate enough to have seen a footage where a man was seen stealing the pup but unfortunately he was wearing a mask so his face was not very clear. Monica went to the Preet Vihar police station where after a lot of pursuation and intervention of PFA the police took the complaint but it's been a month now and the police has taken no action. Monica is quite confident that the pup has been stolen by criminals living in Rajdhani Enclave but according to Monica the police has not taken any pains to visit that area and look for the missing pup.

Imagine the caregiver Monica did the job of the police by getting the footage of the criminals, kidnapping the pup from the nearby CCTV cameras and giving it to them but the police is still reluctant to seriously investigate the matter. If the police was really serious they would have probably nabbed the culprits.

It is quite obvious that the men who have stolen the pup.have not taken her to keep her as a pet. If that was the case they would have told Monica and taken her in broad day light.

Monicai iis having sleepless nights. She is scared for her furry friend.

What must have happened to her? Is she still alive? Has she been sold to a breeder? Has she also met the same fate or will meet the same fate as Kali in Laxmi Nagar????

These are all questions which are bothering Monica. For the Delhi police it may be just an animal not worth taking the trouble to hunt for her and punish her kidnappers but for Monica, she was  her baby whom she wants to protect from all the evil. But this helplessness of helping her and saving her from evil people is torturing her both mentally and emotionally.

When will our blind, dumb and deaf adminstration understand this?

Is India really a developing country? With the kind of law and order that is prevailing in its capital where a woman (Ayesha of neighbourhood woofs)  is beaten up at night and she begs for an FIR and still no FIR is made.

With the kind of law and order situation prevailing in the capital it seems India is moving backwards into the iron age.
