East Delhi seems to be inhabited by monsters. On 2nd July a case was reported where a female dog (pic in the post) was raped by a rickshaw puller. It seems this rickshaw pillar has a history of committing such heinous crime. Today what he has done with a female dog tomorrow he won't hesitate to do the same to a female child and later may be to a grown up woman.
And imagine the trauma of the female dog. She can't even tell the ordeal she went through. Her pain, her mistrust and her misery. Nothing can be more disgusting than this.

Just few kilometers from Lakshmi Nagar is West Vinod Nagar. A caregiver from West Vinod Nagar has reported that her neighbour has beaten a 15 year old dog with an iron rod. The dog was recently operated for tumour and this horrible woman has no regrets. She says that if the dog comes again near her house she won't hesitate to best him again. The dog has profusely bled and is under treatment. This is the message which went viral on various WhatsApp group:

The law and order in Delhi is becoming from bad to worse. Today our law enforcement agencies don't take animal cruelty seriously but the day is not far when they will repent their decision.
Tomorrow the same people who are today indulging in animal cruelty will do more serious and heinous crimes. Not that their crime is less heinous right now but tomorrow they will do the same with humans. The rickshaw puller will rape a woman and the woman will hit humans with iron rods. Probably then the law enforcement agencies and govt will take the crimes more seriously.
