Law, court, police station and prisons have no meaning in this part of India. People here take law into their hands and impose punishment themselves. Even if it means killing a life. A chinese woman who was beaten with sticks by a monster just because she was feeding a stray dog was denied bail and was sent to prison. While the animal lovers were all happy that the monster has been put behind bars, there must have been few more monsters outside who probably were not happy with the magistrate's decision.
It seems the unhappy lot took revenge for their like minded friend who is currently rotting in prison by killing Happy. She was brutally killed and her body was found today in front of the ATS Paradisio apartment (pic in the post)

Don't know about India but the state of Uttar Pradesh has definitely gone into dark ages. Today men in the state beat a Chinese woman,l tomorrow they wont think twice before beating their rneighbou's sisters and daughters. Today they didn't hesitate once to kill an innocent and harmless animal tomorrow the same people won't hesitate to kill a child.
The honourable Prime Minister of India is being hailed as a world class leader by other nations of the world and India is being seen as a better alternative to China by developed nations for shifting their manufacturing base from China to India.

Chief Minister Uttar Pradesh no country in the world would like to do business in a state where law breakers and goons rule the state Where men in broad day light beat a woman that too a foreigner and the police takes no action. And where the men who are suppose to be behind bars are put behind bars their friends take revenge by killing a helpless and voiceless soul. People in Uttar Pradesh at least in this part of the state do not have respect for law, women and animals .
Law and order has to be reinstated in this state otherwise the day is not far when all the companies who are planning to shift their base from China to India may start reconsidering their decision.

He said " The greatness of a Nation and it's moral.progress can be judged by the way it's animals are treated"
