On 29th April 2020 in North East Delhi a bunch of goons not only tried to kill a dog and her babies but also assaulted the caregiver. Today on 2nd May 2020 an FIR has been lodged against the culprits. The lawyer and PFA Vice President, GBN Pragati Khanna (in the pic with others) went to the Dayalpuri police station to lodge a complaint against the wrongdoers. An FIR was filed by the victim Harish against the main accused Himanshu and his three accomplices, for criminal and animal cruelty charges which are non bailable offences with an imprisonment of 10 years. The SHO has ordered for the arrest of all the four accused. For details kindly go on the link below:

Few days back a female pregnant dog was beaten up mercilessly with iron rods by a lady in Bhubneshwar, Odisha. Her only crime was that she entered the lady's house in search of food. The dog was lying in pain till PFA members took her to a nearby vet hospital where later she died. Her one premature baby died and one more was shtruggling to survive. Till now it seems no action has been taken by the police. The animal right activists are making an online campaign for justice for the poor dog. They have named her April and are calling their campaign  'Jystice'for April'. For details of the campaign kindly go on the link below:
