Nothing can be more disgraceful and barbaric than what happened in the city of Delhi ( North East) on 29th April.2020. 

A bunch of goons in Brijpuri in the north east Delhi  tried to butcher and burn a female dog with her puppies. And when a family tried to resist their criminal and sinful act they too were assaulted. No one has been arrested yet and the goons are at loose. For a detailed report kindly go on the link below:

Delhi is not only a hub of animal rights violation but also human rights violation. Everyday a caregiver is mentally harassed and sometimes physically assaulted as in this case. We can see how the woman was trying to get the pup back from the hands of the goons but she too was manhandled by the criminals. 

Delhi is not only unsafe for dogs but also for women and the caregivers. 

When will the Delhi Govt and the Municipal Corporation take concrete and positive  measures for the awareness of dog rules and laws in the capital city? 

What is the Delhi Police doing? Why are the criminals still roaming freely?
