Mostly the pet owners in India buy pedigree breeds for their status and not for love for dogs so the minute they hear rumours like dog spreading COVID 19 to humans they abandon them.
This pet dog was found abandoned on the streets of Mumbai. He was running aimlessly hungry, thirsty and sick .He was badly dehydrated and had maggot wounds all over his body.
A person who has been born homeless knows how to survive on the streets but one who was born and raised in the comforts of a home when becomes homeless just doesn't know how to survive. The pain and agony of an abandoned dog is much more than a homeless dog who was born a stray. Owners who abandon their dogs are not only breaking the law but also committing an unpardonable sin.
