This is the email that was received in  response to the email sent to the Chief Minister of Delhi yesterday on 28th January 2020.

"You may contact at CM office tel. no. 011-23392020 & 011-23392030 or CM Camp office tel. no. 011-23994177 & 011-23994188 regarding your request for seeking an appointment with Hon'ble CM, Delhi.

In the evening a call was made at one of the given numbers and they told that the Chief Minister is quite busy with election canvassing. The Delhi elections are on 8th February. However, his office did gave the assurance that he will most likely meet us on 14th or 15th February. 

Well we now have to wait till the elections get over........
