The last time we had witnessed Dewas in the state of Madhya Pradesh indulging in illegally removing the dogs using tongs and Killing many in the process.
This time it is Jind a city in the state of Haryana which has used another innovative technique to do away with stray dogs of their area.
The dogs here are being picked up and then dumped inside a man made enclosure which is at least 6 feet deep.

Why don't they just kill the dogs? Why waste the tax payers money making such enclosures and then dumping the dogs in there to die of starvation and fear. What a torture.
Is this again a side effect of the swachhta drive happening in the state of Haryana?
The environment ministey in collaboration with the state governments of India should announce an award for the most innovative technique used by the corporations in killing stray dogs. Dewas and Jind are already in the race. There might be many more. We just got to wait and watch.
Don't know about clean India but if this is how the ABC programme is implemented in the whole of India, India will soon be cleaned of all dogs. Not a trace of any Indian dogs on the streets of India.
What kind of government machinery is India having and what kind of people are running such governments?
