On 14th night few puppies were dumped on the roadside in Vikas Puri (North Delhi). They are so small that they can barely walk. They need mother's milk to survive .And imagine what the mother must be going through?

It's chilling cold in North India but it seems that the people who have relocated the dogs don't feel the cold.

The people who have done such a ghastly act must be rejoicing and feeling relieved that trash, dirt and filth from their area has gone.

What kind of monsters are inhabiting the capital city?

And what kind of government machinery are we having,?

Why doesn't the government create awareness about dog laws?

Why does it not bring direct collaboration between colonies and Sterilization centres?

If once people know that the dog population can be curtailed through Sterilization and there is no fear of rabies from the dogs because of vaccination then certainly people won't be throwing the dogs like dirt and filth.

When will the Delhi Chief Minister get time for these voiceless souls?

Once the dogs or puppies are relocated it's again the caregivers who come to.their rescue.

And everyday there are innumerable cases of relocation, torture, abandonment and accidents.

According to law all these are punishable offences but who cares about law.

Just two days back a lactating mother was hit by a vehicle in Ghaziabad ( Delhi NCR)

She was in a lot of pain but it seems her motherly instincts gave her the strength to get up and then walk towards her small puppies. And as usual it was a caregiver who came to her rescue and got her medical help.

Please watch the video and see the mother's pain.
