In the beginning of this month the most barbaric incident came to light in Ratlam (a city in the state of Madhya Pradesh).

The municipal corporation caught a dog in the most barbaric manner and then tortured it to death. This is the way the corporation is getting rid of the stray dog problem in the city of Ratlam.. 

The supreme Court the highest court of India has asked for Sterilization of all  stray dogs as the only means to get rid of it's overpopulation in the whole of India but see what our municipal corporations are doing. These corporations are run by the most educated and well read commissioners and mayors.

Who is responsible for the death of this poor dog?
