Shakul Bhalla a middle class resident of East Delhi is doing what the police, MCD and the government should be doing. In any incident of cruelty towards dogs or the caregivers you will find him. Whether it be day or night. He and his group of like minded friends have made it their life's mission to protect the dogs from any kind of cruelty. My simple question is why arent the law enforcement agencies doing their job? Why is violence and intolerance towards street dogs and caregivers increasing day by day?is it because dogs cannot vote and thei people who feed are few in number and many even don't know their rights? Why do we need people like Shakul Bhalla and will he be available everywhere and all the time? Please think. Isn't this complete lawlessness?

I am.sharing with you an incident which happened a few days back in Chandrawal. Shakul Bhalla with his team went to the place and spoke to the caregiver.

Miscreants just for fun and enjoyment torture the voiceless souls. They think it's their right to beat, kick and abuse dogs. No fear of law.
