Shakul Bhalla a middle class resident of east Delhi has made his life's mission to save the voiceless from human cruelty. He not only saves them but also stands with the caregivers / dog feeders in their hour of Distress. The caregivers are facing constant abuse and humiliation and the situation is getting worse day by day in the city of Delhi. It's not just about animal rights violation but also human rights violation.
One caregiver facing hundreds of people with sticks to kill the dog he or she is feeding. Many caregivers are getting into depression. Facing a mob and constant humiliation and abuse is not easy. This is grave violation of human dignity.
For Shakul the voiceless animals are God. He sees God in them. Anyway people like Shakul cannot be present everywhere and all the time to protect the dogs and the caregivers.
It's high time the law enforcement agencies and the government took necessary steps to end this lawlessness.
I am sharing with you an incident of dog cruelty which happened a few days back in Chandrawal. Shakul Bhalla (mobile number 91-9136333861) with his team went to the place and reported the incident.
