I’m starting this petition to push the government to take into consideration these matters. 

In recent years, the number of stolen pets especially pedigree dogs is skyrocketing beyond a person can think of. This is not just wrong because is stealing. We’re talking about the robbery of a big investment, but also a family member who it’s impossible for it to understand what is going on, leaving a lot of trauma to the family affected but also the pet itself. 
When on earth has anybody heard of pets being stolen? 
where did humanism go? 
Does greed have the power to get the best of us as civilization?

We’re calling out the government to not pretend this is not major problem to worry about when it’s in fact becoming a national crisis, dogs breed such as French bulldogs are being taken away in massive numbers it looks like big criminal organizations operating nationwide and this has to stop.
