UPDATE (as of 9/10/25): I have now met both of the Lightfoot brothers, though you can only meet them for a limited time, and now—though I still wish that the Onward duo would hang out much longer—all we need is to have Elio Solis (as a face character) and Alfredo Linguini enter the U.S. (and overseas) parks permanently.

Hi, I am disappointed that Ian and Barley are not at the Pixar Pals Playtime Party event (located in Disneyland Resort's Fantasyland Theatre) this year (unlike Pixar Fest 2024)—yeah, it's only their van, or Gwinvere, after unclear directions, odds & ends, and failing to meet Ian twice at events (one at the same event in July 2024 and another day at Springtime Surprise 2025 because I did not make it this far at Mile 7 to meet him).

• Ian and Barley should be meetable in the Pixar Plaza (Florida only) or somewhere in Pixar Pier (California only), or Disney should make an Onward Land somewhere in their U.S. parks.

Other Pixar characters I am trying to meet in Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World are Alfredo Linguini (from Ratatouille) and Elio Solis.

• I could see Linguini either at the Pixar Place Hotel or a future Pixar Fest (in California) or EPCOT's France Pavilion (in Florida).
• Elio is also a good example as well—since the movie didn't have a good box office sale. He would likely be meetable in Tomorrowland, EPCOT (Florida only), or Pixar Pier (California only).
   

This petition will stay open until all of these aforementioned characters are COMPLETELY meetable (daily or weekly, I suppose).
