I am writing after a long time as I was trying different channels to reach out to someone. In one of my updates, I had mentioned that I had written to the Prime Minister's grievance redressal cell. I was shocked to get a mail that y complaint has been disposed. On searching the status details on their website, this is what I see (enclosed screenshot). This was on 25th October and I wrote to them asking on what basis this was closed / disposed as no one reached out to me and I did not get any update. if there has been an inquiry, should the details of the findings not be shared. There has been no response as this is not impacting any significant vote bank or does not involve the family of any BJP politician. Starting from the director at NABH, Gayatri Mahindroo who claimed that they had found the services in the hospital satisfactory - failing to explain what does satisfactory refer to as per their guidelines....then saying that the State Medical Council is conducting an inquiry and will share an update. Unfortunately, there has been NONE! And the reality will also be that since the day I started this petition till date, there must have been multiple other people in Sterling and other Hospitals who would have suffered! Requesting all to draw attention to help spread the word and awareness so that someone with a conscience (hopefully!) in the concerned departments takes action.
