Groundhog Day is a really RAD Holiday, yet many people consider it to not be a real holiday despite most states having their own Groundhog. But if it was a recognized holiday, people would care about it and go see their local Groundhog predict the weather. More Groundhog day movies would be made too (Groundhog Day and Jack Frost are the only ones). And there would be no school on this glorious day.
