Being father of a child in navi mumbai, i have come to a clear understanding how medical companies and doctors have built a nexus to prescribe and sell Very Expensive  Vaccines and often unnecessary Vaccines making money out happless parents who trust their doctors as gods and saviours.

The ministry and govt have to give clear guidelines and list of mandatory vaccines to all new parents with price list of these vaccines. All such vaccines should be made available at medical stores in district level and govt hospitals which should include both innovators and all generic vaccines.

Currently some of vaccines are prescribed and pushed which are as expensive as 4000Rs to 5000Rs. stating non availability of generic ones and poor quality of generic and more often poor knowledge of new parents in such cases. Also repeated vaccines of same brands are pushed stating non compatibility with early ones if one wants change a brand for price.

Need to put very serious control in such malpractices and education in these infant and child vaccinations.
