Who is that Pirate?
StephanM, an ex staff (Developer, Forum & Event Moderator) of Freestyle GunZ. The best staff ever known, never forgotten. He has been serving this community for roughly 8 years, producing updates, enforcing rules & hosting events for the community.

Why should that Pirate be hired as Manager?
* Improving the quality of applications
* Improving trials for ET/FM/GM/DEV
* Pushing for monthly updates
* Cleaning house on the current staff to make a good footing
* Less staff drama
* Staff inactivity more "punishable"
* Making sure that players will get a bigger voice when it comes to updates
* Trying to get a few more benefits for players, donors and VIP
