Well, Hello all viewers, big and small! And welcome to my explanation to why fan tube should be canon in inanimate insanity. And it all starts in season 2, episode 6. This DOES contain spoilers for most of season 2 of inanimate insanity! 


Episode 6 Fan meets up with test tube who is looking at the moon and strikes up a friendship with her, traveling with her for the rest of their time on the challenge. Their team is up for elimination, and suitcase is unfairly eliminated. Fan convinces everybody to not do the challenge, and of course, test tube agrees with her first friend. tho apple is eliminated instead.

In episode 8, when cobs was trying to steal fan's egg (Context: Fan took an egg from episode 2 season 2 off of mars to take care of, mistaking it as marshmallow), test tube rushed right toward cobs, probably about to tackle him or something. 

In episode 9, we don't get interactions between fan and test tube at all. AT ALL. (sad day for fantube shippers).

In episode 10 however, fan asks test tube if she could look over his egg. She agrees, then fan was taken by lightbulb. At the end of the challenge, test tube was pretty much dead and saved fan's egg's life. At the end of the episode (The end as in after the challenge and it is night and all that) he was seen huddling test tube close when the spoiled lemon band started.


In episode 11, we don't see much interaction with fan and test tube. Only when fan was apologizing to paintbrush about being wrong about his theory, in the song where test tube tossed the bucket to fan, it fell and spilled. and they both were kind of embarrassed, and when fan was giving the last shove to test tube, who was empty (which makes her dum dum, acting like a drunk person) to throw the ball and win the challenge

Episode 12, he mentions test tube going missing, him shouting to test tube when test tube and lightbulb return, and then at the end of the challenge before the elimination.

In episode 13, fan and test tube chatted at the start of the challenge, and test tube had to drag fan away from suitcase, from the two being- lazy, and literally not doing the challenge. Though, suitcase beats fan in the challenge. And fan and test tube argue. Test tube takes fan's egg.

In episode 14, the egg was pretty much nearly hatched, fan snuck out of hotel oj to come back. And was abducted with the egg he called his literal son for more than half the season. Though, test tube gets the other final 5 to help out in saving him. And flew up to the shimmer ufo with a rocket ship. Reminding fan, that test tube would always be there for him if he is in danger, if he is competing alongside her, or not. Fan says hello, and goodbye to the baby shimmer he once called his son, though test tube gets killed by taco, and fan gets tranquilized by taco. Though at the end of the elimination, test tube apologizes to fan, they get over it, and they become best friends again.

Yet, the series isn't finished, who knows what could happen in their relationship. It could break entirely, or they could even start dating! Nobody knows, though, maybe fantube will become canon, one day! Thank you for reading!
