Make Elsbeth and Kaya bi and each other's eventual slowburn love interests

Make Elsbeth and Kaya bi and each other's eventual slowburn love interests
The Issue
Whereas; this would be a great opportunity for representation that could attract many viewers to CBS (not just through queerness but through interracial queerness and coming-out arcs that would be about adults instead of high-schoolers for the four-hundredth time)
Whereas; it wouldn't matter that there's some degree of heterosexual love-interest setup for both of them (though Elsbeth's doesn't sound like he's going to be more than one episode) because A. I'm saying they should be bi not lesbian and B. slow-burn procedural couples like what the mid-season finale was clearly comparing them to are never each other's first love interest (and think of all the opportunities for jealousy until the feelings are realized)
Whereas; it feels like they've been dropping hints that the narrative is setting Elsbeth and Kaya up together, the biggest hints were in the Christmas episode (from them paralleling the Dashers' to the point where Deedee even looks like a somewhat-younger Elsbeth to Kaya blocking the marshal from getting Elsbeth's number and giving her her family ornaments) but there were hints stretching from the rest of this season-so-far all the way back to early season 1 (as them at the gala totally felt couple-coded to me) and not following that up eventually would seem like letting fans down (and even Watsonianly Detective Donnelly seemed to be somewhat a Shipper On Deck)
Whereas; it wouldn't be a problematic ship because they're coworkers (and basically-partners so neither outranks the other) and since it's plot-relevant this season that college is decently in the rearview for Kaya they're not only both adults capable of consent but both probably over 25 meaning over the age people think the brain is done developing
Whereas; CBS has been earning a lot of ire for other poor decisions with other shows and doing something like this would earn them back a lot of goodwill especially among the young adult demographic and if this past episode should teach them anything it's that making this kind of ship not end up happening when a lot of fans ship it can lead to consequences not really good for anyone involved (I'm not threatening anyone directly even by parallel as this episode didn't have a killer fan)
Whereas; after being let down by shows like Warehouse 13 and Rizzoli & Isles just once we deserve a female-female crime-solving couple like this to actually become a couple
Whereas; neurodivergent consultant on NYC-set crime show and badass lady cop pseudo-partner, it just seems right (and would perhaps be the good kind of trope-y that'd appeal to older people/help some open their eyes)
Therefore; CBS, after first making sure Elsbeth lasts long enough to do this (#ElsbethS3 #RenewElsbeth), should make it so that eventually Kaya and Elsbeth both have bisexual-coming-out-arcs and eventually channel the chemistry/spark they already seem to have into the slow-burn romance many fans would like to see happen
