The new Golda Movie celebrates the Former Israeli Prime Minister as a feminist hero, ignoring the context of her crimes during her tenure from 1969 to 1974. 

For Palestinians, Golda Meir’s legacy is one of violent ethnic cleansing as she was in denial of Palestinians’ existence, stating “There is no such thing as a Palestinian people. It's not thought we came and threw them out and took their country. They didn't exist.”
