We need to make it compulsory for all dog and cat owners in Australia to spade or neuter your pets at the correct time advised by a vet, effectively reducing 'backyard breeders' and many unwanted litters

This would in turn, massively reduce the stress on animal rescue groups around the country which is at an all time high and following trends state that it's only going to get worse
