The 120 box is Crayola's biggest crayon box. It's very reliable on making stuff. But I noticed some flaws on the box's design. The box is too wide. And the smaller boxes inside of it lie down. This can make finding the right color hard. Especially when there 120 colors so that's a lot for a crayon box. My proposal for a more compact 120 box looks vague, since, well, there's no box. But you might get what I'm trying to accomplish. Like the 64 and 96 boxes, My idea will have all the white boxes stand upright so people can see all colors at once. Making it easier to find the color you're looking for. The cardboard used to make the box will have the same thickness as the current one. This might give Crayola themselves some advantages. It could help save money used to make the packaging and Crayola can ship more of these and more boxes will be in stock. Unfortunately, I don't know where the sharpener will be placed so that will be up to Crayola to decide.
