Please help us force the township to take action against the owners of 426 Tearose Lane, Cherry Hill.

For over 5 years now the owners of 426 Tearose Lane have been in violation of zoning, property maintenance, and police ordinances. And for over 5 years now we have taken all the necessary steps, keeping detailed records with pictures and videos, reporting it all to the correct township offices, having the township come out to inspect the property and filing police reports when there were safety and traffic concerns. The property is still in complete disarray and the township has been negligent in rectifying the situation. We are located directly across the street from Woodcrest Elementary School so we are in a school zone. The owners' work conduct is often reckless resulting in numerous safety concerns. In addition to this there are also ongoing soil conservation and environmental concerns.

We are requesting that the township:

• Immediately issue a court date to the owners.
• Immediately start levying the maximum fines for cumulative code violations since acquiring the property in 2016.
• Immediately force owners to remove all dirt, debris, pavers and construction materials from neighbors' properties and immediately enforce clean up of dirt, mud, debris, trailors, heavy machinery.
• Provide Bruce and Jordan Kates' license and insurance information including JORDANINC LLC
• Provide all permits related to 426 Tearose Ln construction since acquiring the property in 2016, including expiration and renewal dates
• Provide a list of all zoning, property maintenance, construction code violations, including fines and court dates that were issued, as well as related police incident reports
• Provide tax payment documentation
• Provide a different course of action against the owners if current strategies have failed in a timely manner. Time is of the essence.

As the neighbor directly beside 426 Tearose Ln, we have incurred physical and emotional damages for over 5 years. We lack enjoyment at our home, we fear for our safety at times, and the township's negligence has forced us to lose time at work, with our son, family and friends. We have inadvertently been tasked with doing the township's job to document, report and keep records for violations on a nuisance property that they refuse to deal with in the appropriate manner.
