Make BTS Weverse Raffles Fair: A Call for Equality and Inclusion for All ARMYs!
The Issue
Let’s come together to create a system that celebrates all ARMYs and their unwavering support for BTS. Sign this petition to call for these improvements and help every fan feel valued and appreciated! 💜
BigHit Music has brought a lot of joy to ARMYs worldwide with incredible raffle events offering chances to attend free concerts, fan meetings, and exclusive BTS experiences. These events celebrate the love and dedication fans show to BTS. However, as the fandom continues to grow globally, there are increasing concerns about the fairness of these raffles. Many loyal ARMYs feel left out due to repeated winners, lack of transparency, or systems favoring high spenders.
We propose the following changes to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and harmony across the ARMY community:
1. Weighted Participation Criteria
Introduce a system that considers consistent fan engagement, such as:
- Streaming BTS songs and videos regularly on platforms like YouTube, Melon, Spotify, Apple Music or similar platforms
- Participating in BTS-related voting campaigns, such as MAMA or Music Shows votings.
- Interacting on Weverse through meaningful comments and activities.
- Require social media account linked to Weverse Profile
This approach recognizes fans' dedication beyond purchases and rewards overall support for BTS as a group.
2. Participation Caps
Limit the number of raffle entries per individual to create a level playing field. For example:
- A maximum of five raffle entries per person per event. This will prevent dominating the results and allow more fans an equal chance.
- Additionally, implement regional distribution to ensure winners are chosen from diverse geographic areas, reflecting BTS's global fanbase.
3. Randomized Selection with Safeguards
Ensure the selection process is randomized while preventing repeat winners in consecutive events.
- An algorithm could track past winners and prioritize fans who haven’t had previous opportunities.
- Identify and disqualify individuals or groups displaying toxic behavior, such as public favoritism for specific members or negativity toward others. This ensures the events celebrate BTS as a whole.
4. Transparency in Selection
Introduce greater transparency by:
- Publishing anonymized statistics on winners, including the number of entries, geographic location, and frequency of wins.
- Partnering with third-party auditors to validate the fairness of the selection process.
This will build trust among ARMYs and demonstrate BigHit’s commitment to equity.
5. Special Opportunities for Underserved Fans
Create specific programs for fans who:
- Have never won a raffle before, using a “first-time winners” pool.
- Entry could be earned through quizzes or creative submissions showcasing their love for BTS.
These proposed measures aim to bring harmony and fairness to BTS raffle events, ensuring they truly reflect the diverse and passionate ARMY community. By adopting these changes, BigHit can strengthen its bond with fans and uphold the values of inclusivity, fairness, and love that BTS embodies. As well ensure that the right fans are attending the events and not Stalkers, Antis or fans that only like one member and spread hate towards the others.
Here some examples of people that have taken advantages of the system (not attending, Stalkers following them even overseas, actively pushing Yoongi out of the group, selling gifts and autographs, boycotting):
Seats left empty by winners who never intended to attend disrupt the fairness of raffles and deprive dedicated fans of opportunities. To prevent this, we suggest implementing a rule: block such individuals from participating in the next five raffle rounds. If the behavior repeats, a lifetime ban on raffle participation should be enforced to ensure fairness and accountability.
Openly Sasaengs / Stalkers (that even follow them to oversea's activities)
Winners of raffles that actively also post and advertise for Suga / Yoongi leaving the group.
The practice of reselling gifts has unfortunately become common, which deeply upsets ARMYs who would treasure these items. To address this, we propose incorporating QR codes on the gifts to enable active tracking. If a gift is resold, it can be traced back, and the responsible participant should be banned from future raffles. These gifts are provided for free by the members and should remain a cherished connection to them.
Participants that actively boycott member's music but then still participate in raffles and exhibitions. (In this SS you can see HaruHaru even tagging J-Hope on Instagram to show him, that she blocked 1 of his songs)
No SS will be provided with the fans, that have won already several events. As it's not Army's fault, to be winning all the time. It's BH's system that allows them to win each raffle and leave out other Army's.
Let's bring change and fairness for the future to all ARMY'S! <3

ARMY
