British Airways offers vegan meals but serves non-vegan items, such as dairy spreads, non-vegan creamers, and rolls with eggs, on their supposedly vegan tray. Moreover, sometimes the ingredients of what is on the tray are hard to read because the print is tiny and airline overhead lighting is not great. 

Vegans don't want to have non-vegan items on their trays and they certainly do not want to consume those items.

I and others have brought this problem to the attention of British Airways, which has not fixed the problem.

British Airways obviously does not take vegans or veganism seriously and does not respect their vegan passengers.
