As lifelong passionate fans of Starcraft 2, we would love to see this game ported to ARM and enjoy it on a Mac. 

Without the port, apple is rumoured to retire the emulation tools that make SC2 on mac possible in the future, making SC2 incompatible if no port comes. 

It is sad to see SC2 being abandoned, since it was Starcraft 2 that catapulted Blizzard into making history, with the game becoming de-facto the first major e-sport and shaping e-sports as we them today. 

Blizzard has ported other beloved titles like Diablo to ARM Macs, so we can see it is possible and feasible. We think Starcraft 2 deserves the same level of  love from it’s makers. 

We, the passionate Starcraft 2 community, are calling on Blizzard to start the development of a Starcraft 2 port for ARM Macs.

This move would ensure its longevity and accessibility for future generations, as we see the world moving toward ARM as the future.
