If "bae" can be a noun and "google" can be a verb, "bigly" should not only be an adverb, but one of the greatest and most fantastic adverbs in the English language. 

This fabulous adverb officially belongs in the Oxford, Miriam-Webster and Cambridge dictionaries. Right now, "bigly" barely appears in these dictionaries and isn't INDIVIDUALLY recognized as a word. This tremendous adverb belongs in the repertoire of every great American.
