Today I got a call back from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children! I was told that Senator Harris had been fighting to prosecute Backpage back when she was an attorney general, and given a number to her closest office. I left a message for her and hope to hear back. Yesterday, I also e-mailed CPS. I'm not sure what they may do, but I hope that we can gain the support of these agencies and the senator in order to prosecute Backpage! Meanwhile, we need to spread the petition as much as possible and get signatures. Thanks for the help and support, everyone!
