Make an offline version of KOF Allstars

Make an offline version of KOF Allstars
The Issue
As of June 26th 2024, Netmarble, the developers of the hit mobile game the King of Fighters Allstars, has announced that it is shutting down the game, meaning that any playtime, anything earned in game, and any money spent on the game, all will be erased by October 30th, 4 months away.
King of Fighters Allstars is a unique mobile game compared to others, being a beat em up compared to something like an RPG, or a 3D open world, and during the 6 years, it has shown to be very fun for players all across the world. If it is shut down with no way to access it again, a very fun game at its core will be gone forever.
While the shutdown is inevitable, and it certainly isn't the first mobile game to get shut down, the petition is to show that people are still very interested in the game, and that an offline version of the game, much like the game Mega Man X Dive, will be more than satisfactory in still providing the fun of the game while still offering the players weeks worth of content. Like with Mega Man X Dive and its offline release, a KOF Allstar offline release could include:
-The whole story mode with all the difficulty modes intact, from '94, to XIII
-Removal of PVP and make the game purely PVE due to it being offline
-All the characters ever released, from bronze, to FES, to the Special and Boss Signature units (collab units excluded, like the Dead or Alive and Tekken units, due to licensing reasons, with the possible exception of the Samurai Shodown collabs since that is directly owned by SNK, the company that licensed netmarble for KOF Allstars)
-Removal of most gacha elements, like "gacha pulls," limited time use items, once per day mechanics, and allowing easier earnability for things like Gems, gold, and XP
-Any single player content that is limited time only or once per day usage, become permanently accessible and able to be played over and over, to help with the grind, if the player chooses to go this route
This, and more reasons to count, is why an offline version of KOF Allstars would help keep the game alive, as well as keep the fun factor and replayability of the game. It is a shame to see the game get shut down, and an offline version would help preserve what was and still could be really fun with the game, without the pain of what was once was.
