At Kpopalypse.com we've spent over a decade since Aileegate trying to get Allkpop to act with some small sembance of morality, through boycotts​, memeification and other actions, but it seems there is little hope for their redemption. Although failing at basic human decency, surely the least that Allkpop could do is excel in the basic principles of corporate capitalism, something which shouldn't require too many pesky morals but just good business sense. However, Cindee's experience with their shop reveals that they're unable to meet even these fundamental standards.

We urge Allkpop to resolve this issue immediately by sending Cindee shirts in the correct size without further delay or charge. Moreover, they need to review their customer service protocols to ensure that no other customer faces such disregard. In a world where customer service defines your success as a business, Allkpop must strive to do better.
