Today I’m excited to be sharing the next wave of Tampax action! I need your help to create a massive buzz online that Tampax will not be able to ignore and it would be fantastic if you could get involved!

To join in, all you need to do is share one of the campaigns pictures on your social media platforms and include in your post that you want Tampax to ditch plastic tampon applicators and why. You can do this on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and any other platforms that you have. Here’s a step to step:

Get campaign pictures:
Go to the google link here to save any campaign pictures you want to use. There are plenty to choose from, you can use as many as you like!

Post online:
Once you have saved a picture, head over to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook to share the image and post about why you want Tampax to take this step. Make sure to tag Tampax in your post and use the #EndPeriodPlastic campaign hashtag so I can see and share it. Here are their tags:
Twitter - @tampax
Instagram - @tampax
Facebook - @tampaxuk

Here are some examples of what you could say in your post:
I want Tampax to ditch plastic tampon applicators because they are an unnecessary single-use plastic which is negatively impacting the environment and it is totally avoidable. @tampax #EndPeriodPlastic

I want Tampax to ditch plastic applicators because I find them polluting my local beach. They are used for seconds yet take centuries to break down and there are plenty of alternatives. @tampax ditch the app! #EndPeriodPlastic

I want Tampax to ditch plastic tampon applicators because unnecessary plastic must be stopped at source, so that we can prevent the avoidable negative impacts downstream. @tampax #EndPeriodPlastic
